Hi, I’m Kristie.
I have spent the last decade inside growing organizations — leading through the moments that most businesses are not prepared for.
Rapid hiring. Leadership transitions. Mergers. Acquisitions. The phases where companies move fast and people get left behind — not because leadership does not care, but because no one has built the HR infrastructure to carry the weight of what growth actually demands.
I have personally led or supported a dozen merger and acquisition integrations. I have sat in the room when the deal was being done and built the people infrastructure on the other side of it. I know where the problems hide — in compliance gaps, compensation inequity, manager capability voids, and cultural misalignment — and I know how to prevent them before they become expensive.
What I do differently
Most HR consultants offer general advisory. I work in three specific areas — workforce planning, HR risk mitigation, and M&A HR advisory — because those are the domains where the gap between good and great HR expertise has the most direct impact on whether a growing business succeeds or stumbles.
I work exclusively with small and mid-market companies. Not because I cannot work at larger scale — but because this is where the need is most urgent and the impact is most direct. These are businesses with real revenue, real momentum, and real people risk. They deserve the same quality of strategic HR leadership that enterprise companies take for granted.
Confidence grounded in knowledge and experience builds trust. In uncomfortable situations, a seasoned HR leader brings calm, clarity, and a path forward. That is what I bring to every client — not a binder of generic recommendations, but a clear picture of where you are, where you need to go, and the practical steps to get there.
